Medical Personnel Hiring. The Medical Group shall have the ultimate control over and responsibility for the hiring, compensation, supervision, evaluation and termination of its Medical Personnel; provided, however, that at the request of the Medical Group, the Management Company shall consult with the Medical Group regarding such matters.
