Medical Record Preparation Days. At the beginning of each school year, health associates shall be provided with two (2) additional regular working days of paid time, beyond student-contact days and the all-staff back-to-school event day, to set up medical records for new students and to begin medical documentation. This preparation time can only be used in August or September and must not be a student contact day.
