Medical Treatment/Therapy. Any employee who is undergoing treatment or therapy recommended by a licensed medical provider for a work related injury or illness shall be compensated at his/her regular straight time hourly rate of pay if such treatment or therapy is conducted during the employee’s normal working hours. Provided, however, that the employee shall make every effort to schedule such treatment or therapy sessions at such time as would not interfere with his/her work schedule whenever practical.
