Medically Fragile Students within the Least Restrictive Environment. It is in the interest of both parties to jointly establish and implement procedures, guidelines and working conditions to promote the quality of education for special students enrolled in the Western School District. To that end, those procedures, guidelines, and working conditions will be mutually decided and updated as needs arise and will be enforceable through the grievance procedure.
