The District has the obligation to meet and confer with Education Minnesota – OSSEO to discuss policies and those matters relating to their employment not explicitly referenced in the master agreement. The District shall provide the facilities and set the time for such meetings to take place regularly. The agenda will be prepared and distributed with items submitted by both parties.
