Common use of Meet-Point Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Meet-Point Arrangements. 7.1.1 The Parties may mutually establish MPB arrangements in order to provide Switched Access Services to Access Service customers via a GTE access tandem in accordance with the MPB guidelines adopted by and contained in the Ordering and Billing Forum's MECAB and MECOD documents. 7.1.2 Except in instances of capacity limitations, GTE shall permit and enable Nextel to sub- tend the GTE access tandem(s) nearest to the Nextel Rating Point(s) associated with the NPA-NXX(s) to/from which the Switched Access Services are homed. In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP". 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Spectrum and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge, if any.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel Bluegrass shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP". 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel Bluegrass and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel Bluegrass and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel Bluegrass and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Bluegrass and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Meet-Point Arrangements. 7.1.1 The Parties Centennial may mutually establish MPB Meet-Point Billing (“MPB”) arrangements with GTE in order to provide Switched Access Services to Access Service customers third parties (or to Centennial if acting as an IXC) via a GTE access tandem in accordance with the MPB guidelines adopted by and contained in the Ordering and Billing Forum's MECAB and MECOD documents, except as modified herein. 7.1.2 Except in instances of capacity limitations, GTE shall permit and enable Nextel Centennial to sub- sub-tend the GTE access tandem(s) nearest to the Nextel Centennial Rating Point(s) associated with the NPA-NXX(s) to/from which the Switched Access Services are homed. In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel Centennial shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP"POI. 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling rather than in-band signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB interconnection arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel Centennial and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("“NECA"”) Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel Centennial and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers third parties for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel Centennial and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("“EMR"”) format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Centennial and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Meet- Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate no charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocolprotocol or another mutually acceptable format. 7.1.7 Nextel Powertel and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel AWS and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meetmeet-Point point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Mountaineer and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel Horizon shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP". 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel Horizon and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel Horizon and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel Horizon and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Horizon and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel **CLEC shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE CenturyTel access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 13.1.3. Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE CenturyTel access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel 13.1.5. CLEC and GTE CenturyTel will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 13.1.6. Meet-Point Arrangements. 7.1.1 The Parties 10.1.1 Hyperion may mutually establish MPB Meet-Point Billing (“MPB”) arrangements with GTE in order to provide Switched Access Services to Access Service customers third parties (or to Hyperion if acting as an IXC) via a GTE access tandem in accordance with the MPB guidelines adopted by and contained in the Ordering and Billing Forum's MECAB and MECOD documents, except as modified herein. 7.1.2 10.1.2 Except in instances of capacity limitations, GTE shall permit and enable Nextel Hyperion to sub- sub-tend the GTE access tandem(s) nearest to the Nextel Hyperion Rating Point(s) associated with the NPA-NXX(s) to/from which the Switched Access Services are homed. In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel Hyperion shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 10.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP"POI. 7.1.4 10.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel 10.1.5 Hyperion and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("“NECA"”) Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 10.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel Hyperion and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers third parties for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel Hyperion and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("“EMR"”) format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel 10.1.7 Hyperion and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the an appropriate charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel ACC shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE CenturyTel access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP"POI. 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE CenturyTel access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel ACC and GTE CenturyTel will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel ACC and GTE CenturyTel will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel ACC and GTE CenturyTel via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer Electronic File Transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel ACC and GTE CenturyTel shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel US Cellular shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP"POI. 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling rather than in-band signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB interconnection arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel US Cellular and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("“NECA"”) Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel US Cellular and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers third parties for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel US Cellular and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("“EMR"”) format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel US Cellular and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Meet- Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate no charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel Mobile Communications shall be allowed to subtend interconnect with the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP"POI. 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall may be utilized used rather than in-band signaling in conjunction with MPB interconnection arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel Mobile Communications and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("“NECA"”) Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel Mobile Communications and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers third parties for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel Mobile Communications and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("“EMR"”) format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Mobile Communications and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate no charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel ACS shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP"POI. 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling rather than in-band signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB interconnection arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switchswitch and the ACS MSC. 7.1.5 Nextel ACS and GTE will will, to the extent required by law or regulation, use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("“NECA"”) Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel ACS and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers third parties for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel ACS and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("“EMR"”) format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel ACS and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate no charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel 360° shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP". 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel 360° and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel 360° and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel 360° and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel 360° and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Meet-Point Arrangements. 7.1.1 The Parties Vanguard may mutually establish MPB Meet-Point Billing (AMPB@) arrangements with GTE in order to provide Switched Access Services to Access Service customers third parties (or Vanguard itself if acting as an IXC) via a GTE access tandem in accordance with the MPB guidelines adopted by and contained in the Ordering and Billing Forum's MECAB and MECOD documents, except as modified herein. 7.1.2 Except in instances of capacity limitations, GTE shall permit and enable Nextel Vanguard to sub- sub-tend the GTE access tandem(s) nearest to the Nextel Vanguard Rating Point(s) associated with the NPA-NXX(s) to/from which the Switched Access Services are homed. In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel Vanguard shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP"POI. 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling rather than in-band signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB interconnection arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel Vanguard and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA"( ANECA@) Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel Vanguard and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers third parties for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel Vanguard and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR"AEMR@) format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel AirTouch and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Appalachian and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel CellPage and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.

Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("“EMR"”) format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Mobilnet and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate no charge.

In instances of capacity limitation at a given access tandem, Nextel Wireless 2000 shall be allowed to subtend the next-nearest GTE access tandem in which sufficient capacity is available. 7.1.3 Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the "IP". 7.1.4 Common Channel Signaling shall be utilized in conjunction with MPB arrangements to the extent such signaling is resident in the GTE access tandem switch. 7.1.5 Nextel Wireless 2000 and GTE will use diligent efforts, individually and collectively, to maintain provisions in their respective federal and state access tariffs, and/or provisions within the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA") Tariff No. 4, or any successor tariff, sufficient to reflect this MPB arrangement, including MPB percentages. 7.1.6 As detailed in the MECAB document, Nextel Wireless 2000 and GTE will, in a timely fashion, exchange all information necessary to accurately, reliably and promptly xxxx Access Service customers for Switched Access Services traffic jointly handled by Nextel Wireless 2000 and GTE via the meet-point arrangement. Information shall be exchanged in Exchange Electronic Message Record ("EMR") format, on magnetic tape or via a mutually acceptable electronic file transfer protocol. 7.1.7 Nextel Wireless 2000 and GTE shall work cooperatively to coordinate rendering of Meet-Point bills to customers, and shall reciprocally provide each other usage data and related information at the appropriate charge.
