Meet-Point Billing Services. 6.1.1 6.6.1 Pursuant to the procedures described in Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (“MECAB”) document SR-BDS-000983, issue 5, June 1994, the Parties shall provide to each other the Switched Access Detail Usage Data and the Switched Access Summary Usage Data to xxxx bill for jointly provided switched access service, such as switched access Feature Groups B and D. The Parties agree to provide this data to each other at no charge. If the procedures in the MECAB document are amended or modified, the Parties shall implement such amended or modified procedures procedures, as applicable to this Agreement, within a reasonable period of time. Each party shall provide the other Party the billing name, billing address, and carrier identification code (“CIC”) of the IXCs that may utilize any portion of either Party’s network in an CLECa TWTC/CBT MPB arrangement in order to comply with the MPB Notification process as outlined in the MECAB document. Each Party will be entitled to reject a record that does not contain a CIC codeCIC.
6.1.2 CLEC 6.6.2 TWTC shall designate the access Tandem or any other reasonable facilities or points of Interconnection for the purpose of originating or terminating IXC traffic. For the access Tandem designated, the Parties shall mutually agree upon a billing percentage as set forth in Schedule 6.0 6.6 and shall further agree, within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, agree upon billing percentages for additional routes, if any, which billing percentages shall be set forth in Schedule 6.0 6.6 as amendments hereto. Either Party may make this billing percentage information available to IXCs. The billing percentages shall be calculated according to one of the methodologies specified for such purposes in the MECAB document.
