Meet to Discuss. As soon as practicable after a notice under clause 15.1(a) has been given, the parties will meet to discuss payment. Transpower may only act on its intention to act under clause 15.1(b)(1)A, B or C or (2)A or B following the expiry of 10 Business Days from the date of receipt of the notice by the Customer if no agreement has been reached on payment or the Customer has been unwilling to meet with Transpower prior to the expiry of the 10 Business Days.
