Meeting with Labour Relations Manager (or designate. Where information has been provided under (a) above and the Union wishes to dispute or seek a better understanding of the exclusion of a specific job(s), the Union designate will formally communicate to the Director of Labour Relations (or designate) the need for a meeting. This meeting may include operating management representative(s) and will take place as soon as possible after the information is provided under point (a) above. Notwithstanding the pending meeting, management may, at their discretion, post and fill the disputed job. However, the Union’s rights are not in any way restricted by this action.
