Meeting with Non‐Bargaining Unit Supervisor. It is the desire of the parties to resolve matters at the closest working level possible. To this end, the parties agree that before a matter is brought to the Labour Management Committee, it shall first be brought to the attention of the head of the affected department who shall discuss the matter with the appropriate Union and management representative(s).
