Common use of Meetings and Actions of Committees Clause in Contracts

Meetings and Actions of Committees. Meetings and actions of each Committee shall be governed by, and held and taken in accordance with, the provisions of the following sections of these By-laws, with such By-laws being deemed to refer to the Committee and its members in lieu of the Board and its members: (a) Section 2.04 (to the extent relating to place and time of regular meetings);

Meetings and Actions of Committees. Meetings and actions of each Committee committee shall be governed by, and held and taken in accordance with, the provisions of the following sections of these By-lawsbylaws, with such By-laws bylaws being deemed to refer to the Committee committee and its members in lieu of the Board and its members: (a) Section 2.04 (to the extent relating to place and time of regular meetings); (b) Section 2.05 (relating to special meetings);

Meetings and actions of each Committee committees shall be governed by, and held and taken in accordance with, the provisions of the following sections of these By-laws, with such By-laws being deemed to refer to the Committee and its members in lieu of the Board and its membersof: (a) Section 2.04 3.5 (to the extent relating to place and time of meetings; meetings by telephone); (b) Section 3.6 (regular meetings); (c) Section 3.7 (special meetings; notice); (d) Section 3.9 (board action without a meeting); and (e) Section 7.14 (waiver of notice), with changes in the context of those bylaws as are necessary to substitute the committee and its members for the Board and its members. However:
