Meetings During Complaint Resolution Process. Subject to operational requirements, leave with pay will be granted to an employee and/or the representative in order to comply with the requirement for meetings under Article D-5, Complaint Resolution Process. This includes leave with pay for the employee and the representative to discuss the complaint or the grievance.
