Meetings of the Voting Members. Meetings of the Voting Members shall not be required to be held at any regular frequency, but, instead, shall be held upon the call of any Voting Member holding more than 20% in Common Percentage Interest, acting through one or more of its Representatives. All meetings of the Voting Members shall be held at the principal office of the Company or at such other place, either within or without the State of Delaware, as shall be designated by the person calling the meeting and stated in the notice of the meeting or in a duly executed waiver of notice thereof. Representatives may participate in a meeting of the Voting Members by means of conference telephone or video equipment or similar communications equipment whereby all Representatives participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in a meeting in this manner shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

Meetings of the Voting Members. An annual meeting of each Member of the Cooperative entitled to vote (the “Voting Members”) shall occur each calendar year on [ ]. Special meetings of the Voting Members, for any purpose or purposes, may be called by the President, the Board of Directors of the Cooperative (the “Board”) or the Class A Member. The Board may designate any place, either within or outside the State of Wisconsin, as the place of meeting for any meeting of the Voting Members. If no designation is made, the place of meeting shall be the principal office of the Company. Voting Members may participate in a meeting through the use of any means of communications by which all of the Voting Members may simultaneously hear each other during the meeting. A Voting Member participating in a meeting by this means is deemed to be present in person at the meeting.

  • Meetings of Shareholders The Trust shall hold annual meetings of the Shareholders (provided that the Trust's initial annual meeting of Shareholders may occur up to one year after the completion of its initial fiscal year). A special meeting of Shareholders may be called at any time by a majority of the Trustees or the President and shall be called by any Trustee for any proper purpose upon written request of Shareholders of the Trust holding in the aggregate not less than 51% of the outstanding Shares of the Trust or class or series of Shares having voting rights on the matter, such request specifying the purpose or purposes for which such meeting is to be called. Any shareholder meeting, including a Special Meeting, shall be held within or without the State of Delaware on such day and at such time as the Trustees shall designate.
