Common use of Member Access Clause in Contracts

Member Access. Company will use its best efforts to contract with sufficient physicians and other health care providers to allow Members access to medical services to the extent required by applicable law and regulations of governmental agencies relating to the business of health maintenance organizations and any other business in which Company is engaged relating to this Agreement.
