Common use of Member Account Clause in Contracts

Member Account. Member will designate a Credit Union savings, checking or loan account as the settlement account to be used for the purposes of settling, in aggregate, the financial transactions requested in connection with the eDeposit service. The Credit Union shall provide Member with details of the specific transactions, reported similarly as other transactions may be done, that were a result of access to the service. Member shall be responsible for auditing and balancing of any settlement account.
