Responsibility for Imaging Clause Samples

The 'Responsibility for Imaging' clause defines which party is accountable for obtaining, managing, and maintaining any imaging materials or services required under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether the client or the service provider must arrange for imaging, such as X-rays, scans, or digital photographs, and may outline standards for quality, delivery timelines, or data security.
