Common use of Member Benefits Clause in Contracts

Member Benefits. The Board shall make the following plans available to members consistent with the rules and regulations of the respective plans. If a member is authorized to work beyond age 65, the Health Care Benefits provided in this collective agreement with the exception of those benefits provided for in Article 16.01(e) will continue until the member retires, with the Ontario Drug Plan being the first payer for benefits [2007]:
