Common use of Member Grievance Resolution Clause in Contracts

Member Grievance Resolution. PROVIDER shall cooperate with XXXXX in the investigation of any complaint regarding the materials or services provided by PROVIDER. The cost of providing replacement services or materials to satisfy any reasonable Member complaint shall be borne by PROVIDER if the grievance is determined to be the result of improper execution of services on the part of PROVIDER or if materials are not functioning in the manner prescribed by the Participating Provider(s) and/or the professional staff.
