Common use of Member Moving out of Grand Region Clause in Contracts

Member Moving out of Grand Region. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the provision and cost of all covered services for any member moving outside the CONTRACTOR’s Grand Region until the member is disenrolled by TENNCARE. TENNCARE shall continue to make payments to the CONTRACTOR on behalf of the enrollee until such time as the enrollee is enrolled in another MCO or otherwise disenrolled by TENNCARE (e.g., enrollee is terminated from the TennCare program). TENNCARE shall notify the CONTRACTOR promptly upon enrollment of the enrollee in another MCO.
