Member Protection. Any Employee accused of sexual harassment shall be entitled to all the protections of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Article 6.5 (Just Cause), Article 4.8 (Union Representation); Article 6.7/4.11 (Personnel File), and Article 6.8 (Complaint Procedures).
