Disputes between an Investor and a Contracting Party (1) Any dispute concerning an investment between an investor of one Contracting Party and the other Contracting Party shall, if possible, be settled amicably.
PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS FOR INDIVIDUAL ORDERS H-GAC’s contractual requirements DO NOT include a Performance & Payment Bond (PPB); therefore, Contractor shall offer pricing that reflects this cost savings. Contractor shall remain prepared to offer a PPB to cover any order if so requested by the END USER. Disclosure of Interested Parties By signature hereon, Contractor certifies that, if the value of this agreement exceeds $1 Million, it has complied with Section 2252.908 of the Texas Government Code and Part 1 Texas Administrative Code Sections 46.1 through 46.3 as implemented by the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC), if applicable, and has provided the Owner with a fully executed TEC Form 1295, certified by the TEC and signed and notarized by the Contractor.
MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND CONSULAR POSTS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
