Membership in Professional and Allied Associations, Etc. (a) The Union agrees that it is the responsibility of the employee to obtain and maintain membership in those licensing bodies, learned societies or associations as are necessary to maintain professional standing. Regular employees who have completed their probationary period will be entitled to reimbursement in full of their annual licensing fee, upon application and presentation of a receipt (effective April 1, 2013, not to exceed 2011 fee schedule, effective April 1, 2014 not to exceed 2012 fee schedule).
