The Alliance Manager of each Party (or his or her designee) may attend meetings of the JCC as a non-voting participant.

Each of the Parties shall notify the other Party in writing of the names of each of its initial JCC members within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date. A designee of Lundbeck shall serve as the Chair of the JCC.
