Membership or Fair Share Obligation. If a bargaining unit nurse fails to 30 exercise one of the options described below for non-membership, the nurse shall have 31 sixty (60) calendar days following the date of employment within which to join the ONA 32 or commit contractually to pay to the ONA the equivalent of union dues as a fair share 33 contribution. A nurse who has not effectively opted out or committed to payments to the 34 ONA may thereafter, on demand of the ONA, be terminated by the Hospital.
