Membership RosterNames and addresses of Registered Professional Nurses employed to fill positions covered by this Agreement, and all nurses transferred or terminated, shall be furnished, as such changes occur, to the Association by the Health Department. Names of Registered Professional Nurses promoted to permanent positions which are excluded from the bargaining unit shall be provided to the Association so that they are not included in the collective bargaining activities of the Association.
Membership Roster. The College will provide the Union with a list of all members of the bargaining unit, their home address, the campus and department for each individual. The list will be provided to the Union at the start of the fall and spring terms at no cost to the union. BOARD PACKETS - The College agrees to supply the Union President with a copy of the Board Packet in a timely manner.

Membership RosterThe Secretariat, with the assistance of the Committee Secretary if one is appointed along with the Chairs of any applicable CB, shall prepare and maintain annually an updated membership roster. The roster shall list the title of the SC, the name of the respective CB committee, the name and contact information of all members, membership business and organizational affiliations, the capacities in which they serve, the positions held, the classification of each CB member, and the tally of classifications (the total of voting members and subtotals for each interest category). Membership on a Standards CB will continue through the Standard development process, approval and publication of the Standard. Once the Standard has been published, the general CB membership will be disbanded, but the Chair and the Vice-Chair of the Standards CB will continue in their position, and will remain as members of the SC.

  • UNION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT 4.01 Within one (1) week of the signing of this Agreement, all employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union. As a condition of employment, all new employees shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union within six (6) months of employment.

  • Membership Agreement Membership in USA Gymnastics is a privilege and may be (i) denied, withheld, or non-renewed at any time by USA Gymnastics and/or (ii) suspended or terminated in accordance with USA Gymnastics’ bylaws, policies and standards. You agree that USA Gymnastics has the right to deny, withhold, non-renew, suspend or terminate your membership if you engage in any sexual misconduct, or if USA Gymnastics has reason to believe you pose a threat to the safety of athletes or other members. You have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the USA Gymnastics bylaws, Safe Sport Policy, SafeSport Investigation & Resolution Procedures, and Code of Ethical Conduct. You are bound by all safe sport rules, policies and procedures whether published by USA Gymnastics or the U.S. Center for Safe Sport (“Center”), as well as all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including applicable criminal laws. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Center. Any discipline imposed by the Center or USA Gymnastics extends to your participation in all aspects of the Olympic Movement. You agree that any disciplinary measure, whether interim or final, whether imposed before or after the date of this Agreement, whether expired or in effect, may be posted on our website or otherwise publicly published and may include information identifying you and describing the misconduct alleged. You authorize USA Gymnastics and its members to disclose, in good faith, any information or honestly held opinions about you, including without limitation any membership records, USA Gymnastics SafeSport or Center information, or other disciplinary information, with any current or potential employer of yours. You further agree that USA Gymnastics may disclose any information provided by, or about, you as USA Gymnastics determines is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or any request by any governmental body or agency, the Center, or the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE USA GYMNASTICS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR ACCRUING IN THE FUTURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS DISCLOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.

  • Membership Meetings The members may hold regular or special meetings either in the State of Delaware or elsewhere. Regular meetings of the members may be held without notice at a time and place as may be determined by the members. Any member may call a special meeting of the members by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting to the other members. Notice will be as provided in Article 11 of this Agreement. Any member may waive notice of any meeting. Members may participate in a meeting by means of telephone conference or other video or audio communications equipment where all persons participating in the meeting can simultaneously hear each other. Participation in such a meeting by a member will constitute the presence of the member at the meeting.

  • Membership Units The Company is initially organized with One (1) class of Membership Interests, designated in Units, which Units are initially the only class of equity in the Company. The Units shall have no par value and shall be of a single class with identical rights. The Company shall have a first lien on the Units of any Member for any debt or liability owed by such Member to the Company. Additional and different classes of Membership Interests represented by different Units may be created and issued to new or existing Members on such terms and conditions as the Governors may determine. Such additional and different classes may have different rights, powers and preferences (including, without limitation, voting rights and distribution preferences), which may be superior to those of existing Members. Members shall have no preemptive rights to acquire additional or newly created Units.

  • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. A Member may be a Class A Member and or a Class B Member, and, in such case, shall have the rights and obligation accorded to the Class A Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class A Ordinary Shares and the rights and obligations accorded to the Class B Ordinary Shares with respect to such Class B Ordinary Shares. A Person may become a Record Holder without the consent or approval of any of the Members and without physical execution of this Agreement. A Person may not become a Member without acquiring a Share. (b) The name and mailing address of each Member or such Member’s representative shall be listed on the books and records of the Company maintained for such purpose by the Company or the Transfer Agent. (c) Except as otherwise provided in the Delaware Act, the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company, and the Members shall not be obligated personally for any such debt, obligation or liability of the Company solely by reason of being a Member of the Company. (d) Except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement: (i) no Member shall be entitled to the withdrawal or return of any Capital Contribution, except to the extent, if any, that distributions made pursuant to this Agreement or upon dissolution of the Company may be considered as such by law and then only to the extent provided for in this Agreement; (ii) no Member shall have priority over any other Member either as to the return of Capital Contributions or as to profits, losses or distributions; (iii) no interest shall be paid by the Company on Capital Contributions; and (iv) no Member, in its capacity as such, shall participate in the operation or management of the Company’s business, transact any business in the Company’s name or have the power to sign documents for or otherwise bind the Company by reason of being a Member. (e) Any Member shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Company, including business interests and activities in direct competition with the Company. Neither the Company nor any of the other Members shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business interests or activities of any Member.
