MEMORANDA OF COVERAGE. The types and amounts of coverage for each Program available to Member Entities shall be specified in a Declarations Page and/or Memorandum of Coverage which shall be issued by PARSAC to each Member Entity for each Program Year in which the Member Entity has coverage. The Board shall have the power and authority to decrease, increase, or amend the coverage provided by a Memorandum of Coverage. If any such amendment is approved by the Board during a Program Year, no Member Entity participating in that Program Year shall be entitled to withdraw by reason of any said amendment prior to the termination of that Program Year.
