MEMORANDUM OF ACCEPTANCE Sample Clauses

MEMORANDUM OF ACCEPTANCE. Upon any sale of the Subject Property, Owner shall require the grantee of the Subject Property to execute a Memorandum of Acceptance, and shall deliver a copy of such Memorandum of Acceptance to the Executive Director of HOST not less than thirty (30) days after such sale is consummated.

No waiver shall be effective against one party unless in writing specifically expressing such waiver signed by a person duly authorized by that party in advance to sign such waiver. 8.4 This Agreement contains all negotiations and agreements between the Authority and the Contractor. No other understanding regarding this Agreement, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party.

  • Complete Agreement; Amendment This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements in regard thereto. This Agreement cannot be modified except by an agreement in writing signed by both parties and specifically referring to this Agreement.
