Memorandum of Lease and Option. This Lease shall not be recorded, but the parties agree to execute a Memorandum of this Lease for recording purposes which shall set forth the commencement date, the term of the Lease and all extensions, a legal description of the location of the Premises and a description of Lessee's rights under this Lease, including the purchase option provided for in paragraph 26 of this Lease. If Lessee records the Memorandum of Lease and Option, Lessee agrees to pay all related recording fees and taxes.
Memorandum of Lease and Option. For the purposes of recording some of ------------------------------ the basic terms and conditions of this Lease, including the Options to Purchase, Landlord and Tenant agree to execute, within 30 days after the execution of this Lease, a short form of Lease prepared by Tenant and approved by Landlord. It is understood that such short form of Lease is for purposes of recordation only and is not intended and shall not in any way modify, amend, supersede, or otherwise affect this Lease.
Memorandum of Lease and Option. Promptly upon the request of Tenant, Landlord agrees to execute and acknowledge a “Memorandum of Lease, Option” in form satisfactory to Tenant and sufficient for recording in the Conveyance Records of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana and Pearl River County, Mississippi. The Memorandum of Lease and Option to Purchase will contain a provision acknowledging that the Memorandum of Lease and Option to Purchase will be automatically released if the Lease is either rightfully terminated by a party having a right to so terminate as provided herein, the Lease expires or Tenant purchases the Property.
Memorandum of Lease and Option. Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Lease, the parties shall promptly execute and Landlord shall record, at its sole cost and expense, a short form memorandum in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit J. Within ten (10) business days after Landlord's written request following the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord in recordable form, a quitclaim deed designating Landlord as the transferee.
Memorandum of Lease and Option. Landlord and Tenant shall execute, acknowledge and deliver a short form memorandum of this Lease and the Option (and any amendment hereto) in form attached hereto as Exhibit L. In no event shall this Lease or any memorandum thereof other than the foregoing memorandum (or any amendment thereto recorded in connection with any amendment of this lease) be recorded by Landlord or Tenant.

Memorandum of Lease and Option. The parties agree that they shall execute a Memorandum of Lease and Purchase Option which may be recorded by either party in the Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County, all costs of such recordation to be borne by Star even if IDA xxxs for such recordation.

Memorandum of Lease and Option. The parties hereby agree that upon removal of the contingencies to Landlord's obligations under this Lease as set forth in Section 19.22 below but prior to the recordation of any Mortgage, each will execute, acknowledge and deliver a Memorandum of this Lease and Option in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit "D". No such memorandum shall include any financial terms of the Lease Agreement or Option. Recording, filing and like charges and any stamp, charge for recording, transfer or other tax shall, be paid by the Tenant. In the event of termination of this Lease, within thirty (30) days after written request from Landlord, Tenant agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to Landlord an agreement terminating such short form of lease of record. If Tenant fails to execute such agreement within that thirty (30) day period or fails to notify Landlord within that thirty (30) days period of its reasons for refusing to execute such agreement, Landlord is hereby authorized to execute and record such agreement terminating the short form of lease of record. This provision shall survive any termination of this Lease.
