Short Form of Lease. A memorandum of lease will be executed by the Parties and recorded in the Official Records of Contra Costa County upon the request of either Party.
Short Form of Lease. Tenant agrees to execute, deliver and acknowledge, at the request of Landlord, a short form of this Lease satisfactory to counsel for Landlord, and Landlord may in its sole discretion record this Lease or such short form in the County where the Premises are located. Tenant shall not record this Lease, or a short form of this Lease, without Landlord’s prior written consent which may be withheld in Landlord’s reasonable discretion.
Short Form of Lease. Subsequent to the Effective Date, Landlord and Tenant shall execute and acknowledge a Short Form of Lease for purpose of recordation. This Short Form of Lease shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "E" and incorporated herein by reference.
Short Form of Lease. A short form or memorandum of Lease for recording purposes only, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Landlord's and Tenant's respective counsel, shall, simultaneously with the execution hereof, be executed by Landlord and Tenant.
Short Form of Lease. At the request of Landlord or any mortgagee or ground lessor, Tenant agrees to execute a short form of Lease and deliver the same to Landlord within ten (10) business days following the request therefor.
Short Form of Lease. The parties hereto further covenant and agree that they will at the time of commencement of the term of this Lease, execute and deliver a short form memorandum of lease duly acknowledged and in recordable form setting forth, among other things, the name and addresses of the parties, a reference to this Lease and its date, the description of the Premises and the date of the commencement and termination of the Lease, and such other terms and conditions of this Lease other than the rental provisions as the parties may agree upon, but failure to agree upon such other terms and conditions to be set forth in such memorandum of lease shall not affect or impair the validity of this Lease of the obligations of the parties hereunder. The short form of lease may be recorded at the option of the Tenant, the Tenant being responsible for the costs of recording.
Short Form of Lease. Lessor or Lessee shall, at any time, at the other's request, promptly execute duplicate originals of an instrument, in recordable form, which shall constitute a short form of lease. This will set forth a description of the Leased Premises, the term of this Lease, and any other portion thereof, except for the rental provisions, requested by either party.
Short Form of Lease. Should Landlord or any such current or prospective mortgagee or ground lessor require execution of a short form of Lease for recording, containing, among other customary provisions, the names of the parties, a description of the Premises and the Lease Term (but not any financial terms), Tenant agrees to execute such short form of Lease and to deliver the same to Landlord within ten (10) days following the request therefor.
Short Form of Lease. Contemporaneous with the execution of the Lease, the parties shall execute and record a Short Form of Lease in a form reasonably acceptable to Lessor and Lessee and provided Lessee simultaneously executes and delivers to Lessor a release thereof in recordable form, which Lessor may record upon termination of the term of this Lease.
Short Form of Lease. Prior to Agency’s conveyance of the Leased Premises to Tenant, the Parties shall execute and thereafter record with the County Recorder of San Diego County a Memorandum of Lease, attached hereto as Exhibit C, giving notice of the existence of this Lease and the Term hereof.
