Common use of Memorials Clause in Contracts

Memorials. a. to include only the administrative costs associated with an NCC operative meeting the memorial xxxxx on-site, prior to the foundation being laid and again when the memorial is installed. Memorial Costs are calculated as an actual cost, based upon a figure provided by Northumberland County Council multiplied by the number of memorial installed/visits in a given accounting period.
