Common use of Mentor/RESA Facilitator Clause in Contracts

Mentor/RESA Facilitator. A teacher who has a minimum of five (5) consecutive years of teaching experience, three (3) of which are in the District, and recent classroom experience within the last five (5) years. The teacher must be trained to act as a mentor/facilitator through the Ohio Department of Education Instructional Mentoring program.
