MENTOR TEACHER PROGRAM. A. In order to provide the best possible support to new members, a District assigned Mentor may be made available upon District request, by request of the new member, or by recommendation of the Association in accordance with Board policy. A member selected and approved to provide mentorship shall be compensated as listed in Appendix B. B. A committee consisting of teachers and administrators shall meet annually to review the SSD and other current mentor programs utilizing feedback from current programs.
