Merchant Marks. You grant Apple and its Affiliates (and their agents and contractors acting on their behalf), during the Term, a personal, non-exclusive, non sublicensable, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty- free, license to use, reproduce, and display the Merchant Marks as follows:

Merchant Marks. Merchant grants to SCA the right, license and privilege to use Merchant’s trademarks, retail marks and service marks (“Merchant Marks”) on Program materials, specifically including, but not limited to, application forms, periodic statements and other Program related communications, as determined by SCA in its commercially reasonable discretion. SCA shall use the Merchant Marks solely in the forms and formats approved by Merchant prior to any such use.
Merchant Marks. Merchant hereby grants Bank a nonexclusive license to use its name, trademarks, logos and other marks (“Marks”) in connection with the administration and operation of the Program, and in connection with the liquidation of Accounts created pursuant hereto, during and after the term of this Agreement.
Merchant Marks. During the Term, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Merchant hereby grants to Company a non- exclusive, royalty-free license to use Merchant Marks for the sole purpose of promoting the sale by Merchant of its Products. Company will use Merchant Marks only in accordance with such usage and other guidelines as may be provided by Merchant to Company from time to time. Title to and ownership of Merchant Marks and all goodwill arising from any use hereunder will remain with Merchant. All promotional materials and advertising hereunder using Merchant Marks or related to Merchant must be approved in writing in advance by Merchant. Material related to Merchant Marks that is provided to Company by Merchant for display on the Company website shall be deemed to be approved by Merchant in writing. Without the prior written consent of Merchant, Company will make no other use of any Xxxxxxxx Xxxx based upon the rights granted pursuant to this Agreement.
