Merit Salary Increment. an allegation or complaint by an individual faculty member that the faculty member’s merit salary increment based upon the adjectival rating is unfair and unjust in light of the faculty member’s annual accomplishment report, the evidence presented at the time the performance appraisal process was completed, and the Performance Appraisal Guidelines and Procedures article of this Agreement.
