MESSAGE SYSTEM AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS. 1. Use Messages Only For Non-Urgent Communications. SNB Online allows you to send us secure “Messages.” We will not monitor our Message system continuously and your Messages to us may not be read for several hours or until the following Business Day. Therefore, you should not rely on Messages and if you need our immediate attention, call us at (000) 000-0000. For example, if you need to stop payment on a paper check, to report a lost or stolen card, or to report an unauthorized transaction from one of your Accounts, you should call us to ensure prompt action on your request. We will not take action based on your Message requests until we actually receive and read your Message and have a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.
