Our Reserved Rights. We are entitled to access your Office Space, with or without notice, in connection with our provision of the Services, for safety or emergency purposes or for any other purposes. We may temporarily move furnishings contained in your Office Space. We reserve the right to alter or relocate your Office Space, provided that we will not do so in a manner that substantially decreases the square footage of your assigned Office Space or related amenities. We may also modify or reduce the list of Services or furnishings provided for your Office Space at any time. The Services may be provided by us, an affiliate or a third party.
Our Reserved Rights. We also reserve the right to use personal information about you for our and our Service Providers’ use to send you information about our and our Service Providers’ products and services.
Our Reserved Rights. We and our affiliates retain the right, among others, in any manner and on any terms and conditions that we deem advisable, and without granting you any rights therein:
1.3.1 To own, acquire, establish, and/or operate, and license others to establish and operate, other Franchised Businesses at any location outside of the Master Territory.
1.3.2 To own, acquire, establish and/or operate, and license others to establish and operate, businesses under other proprietary marks or other systems, whether such businesses are the same, similar, or different from the Franchised Business, at any location within or outside of the Master Territory.
1.3.3 To license others to sell or distribute any products or services which bear any proprietary marks, including the Proprietary Marks, at any location outside of the Master Territory.
Our Reserved Rights. 40.1 We reserve the following rights over the Property for our benefit and the benefit of our successors in title, any mortgagee, the superior landlord (if any), or any other parties authorised by us:
40.1.1 we may enter the Property for all the purposes mentioned in clause 39 above;
40.1.2 we may erect and retain on or in the Property any advertisements, hoardings, signs or notices and retain any income arising out of them;
40.1.3 we may use any Amusement Machine on the Property for the purpose of advertising and retain any income from such advertising;
40.1.4 we may use or pass along any fire escapes within the Property benefiting any nearby property;
40.1.5 the right to install, operate, inspect, maintain, replace, substitute and upgrade any drinks dispensing equipment, Telecom Equipment and Cellar Monitoring Equipment and associated cables and equipment, and the right to connect into and use your electricity supply at your cost for these purposes. We also reserve all rights of entry and access with or without vehicles, plant, equipment, tools, appliances, scaffolding and materials for us and any Telecom Operator or the provider of the Cellar Monitoring Equipment or drinks dispensing equipment and their respective employees, agents and contractors which are required for the exercise of the rights reserved in this sub-clause
40.1.6 we may use the Property to provide support and protection to any nearby property, and we reserve all rights of light and air over the Property;
40.1.7 we may give a third party rights over the Property provided that the grant of those rights does not materially prejudice your use and occupation of the Property for the Business;
40.1.8 we may carry out works to alter the layout of or rebuild any nearby property and use it for any purpose and grant permission to others to do so, even if this affects the access of light and air to the Property;
40.1.9 we may connect into any Pipes or install new Pipes for the benefit of any nearby property; and
40.1.10 you are not entitled to any implied rights and s.62 Law of Property Act 1925 is excluded.
40.2 We reserve the rights of access to the administration privileges of all social media accounts including (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Instagram for our benefit and the benefit of our successors in title, or any other parties authorised by us.

During these times, we may temporarily move furniture contained in the office space. We reserve the right to move or alter your office space. We may modify or reduce the list of Services at any time with prior notice.
Our Reserved Rights. CTRL Collective may enter the Premises at any time for any purpose. CTRL Collective may suspend or discontinue any portion of the Services for any reason at any time, however, CTRL Collective will attempt to notify its members verbally or electronically in advance of such suspension or discontinuance, except in the case of routine maintenance or emergency. CTRL Collective may modify or reduce the furnishings in the Premises at any time.
Our Reserved Rights. RAW may enter the Premises at any time for any purpose. RAW may suspend or discontinue any portion of the Services for any reason at any time, however, RAW will attempt to notify its members verbally or electronically in advance of such suspension or discontinuance, except in the case of routine maintenance or emergency. RAW may modify or reduce the furnishings in the Premises at any time.
Our Reserved Rights. Mascots is entitled to access your office space, with or without notice, for maintenance, safety or emergency purposes. During these times, Mascots may temporarily move furniture contained in the office space. Mascots reserves the right to move or alter your office space. Mascots may modify or reduce the list of Services at any time but with a prior notice. The Services may be provided by Mascots, an affiliate or a third party.
Our Reserved Rights. We reserve the following rights: • To suspend or terminate the Account of anyone who violates this Agreement or for any reason that we, in our sole and exclusive discretion, deem necessary. • To change or alter the Site, the form and nature of the Site or any Services provided through the Site, including requiring payment for some or all uses of the Site, at any time. • To review, modify, filter, disable, delete and remove any and all content and information from the Site. • To update and download automatically any software provided on or through the Site. • To cooperate with any law enforcement, court or government investigation or order or third party requesting or directing that we disclose information or content or information that you provide, if we decide, in our sole and exclusive discretion, that such disclosure is in our best interests or our Customer’s best interests. • To display advertising and promotions, which may be targeted to certain users or sections of the Site based upon queries made or preferences indicated, and may not be identified as paid advertisements or promotions, and to not share with you any payment we may receive for such advertisements or promotions. You acknowledge and agree that the foregoing are our rights, but not our obligations, and that we may, but are not obligated to, exercise any of these rights.

The Services may be provided by us, an affiliate or a third party.
