Common use of Meter Information Clause in Contracts

Meter Information. The CAISO Metered Entity shall provide in the format prescribed by Schedule 1 to this Agreement the required information with respect to all of its meters used to provide Meter Data to the CAISO. The CAISO Metered Entity must immediately notify the CAISO of any changes to the information provided to the CAISO in accordance with this Section 3.2.2 and provide the CAISO with any information in relation to such change as reasonably requested by the CAISO. The CAISO Metered Entity shall have the right to modify Schedule 1, which modification shall not constitute an amendment to this Agreement. Such modification shall be effective upon receipt of notice by the CAISO.
