METHOD FOR PAYMENT. 5.1 All accounting and financial matters relating hereto shall be processed by the District’s Chief Financial Officer. 5.2 No approval or payment made under this Agreement shall be conclusive evidence of the acceptance of performance under this Agreement either wholly or partially, and no payment made hereunder shall be construed to be an acceptance of deficient or unsatisfactory Services.

Payments shall be made by the District on statements only after they have been certified by the District's representatives and approved by the Executive Director. 5.2 No approval or payment made under this Agreement shall be conclusive evidence of the acceptance of performance under this Agreement either wholly or partially, and no payment made hereunder shall be construed to be an acceptance of deficient or unsatisfactory Services.
