Method for Providing Additional Funds. Where additional funds are required by the Corporation, the Board will provide each of the Cities with the proposed source and terms and conditions of such funding. Each of the Cities acknowledges and agrees that the provision of additional funding and the related terms and conditions is subject to the agreement of each of the Cities. Notwithstanding the requirement for approval by each of the Cities, each of Regina and Moose Jaw acknowledge and agree that where agreement cannot be reached as to the source and terms and conditions of additional funding, the additional funding in question will be provided to the Corporation through the advance of membership loans and not through the provision of additional equity in the Corporation.
