METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED. TO IN THIS AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee(s) has/have to make any payment, in common with other Allottee(s) in the Project, the same shall be in proportion to the carpet area of the Unit to the total carpet area of all the Units in the Project.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED. TO IN THE AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Purchaser/s has to make any payment, in common with other Purchaser/s (s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the Schedule-A property bears to the total carpet area of all the units in the Project.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED. TO IN THE AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee/Purchasers has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee/Purchaser(s) in Project, the same shall be in proportion to the carpet area of the Apartment to the total carpet area of all the Apartments in the Project. For such calculations, areas of exclusive balconies, verandas and/or terraces shall be added to carpet area of respective Allottee/Purchasers.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED. TO IN THE AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee/Purchaser has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee/Purchaser(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion to the super built up area of the said Flat/Unit bears to the total super- built-up area of all the Flats/Units in the said premises, and/or said project, and/or said buildings as the case may be.
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED. TO IN THE AGREEMENT - Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the PURCHASER has to make any payment, in common with other PURCHASER(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the Standard Builtup Area of the Apartment bears to the total Standard Built Up Area of all the [Apartments/Plots] in the Project.

METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED. TO IN THE AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Purchaser/s has to make any payment as per the proportionate share then in that case the term proportionate share and/or proportionately shall mean the chargeable area of any Unit to bear to the chargeable area of all the units/Units in the said Housing Project provided that where it refers to the share of the Purchasers or any co-owner in the rates and/or taxes amongst the common expenses then such share of the whole shall be determined on the basis on which such rates and/or taxes are being respectively levied (i.e. in case the basis of any levy be on area rental income consideration or user then the same shall be determined on the basis of the area rental income consideration or user of the said Unit).
METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED. TO IN THE AGREEMENT: For the purpose of the of payment of the proportionate Common Expenses and maintenance charges by the Allotee, the area shall be the sum total of the Built-up Area and Proportionate common area which is Square Feet more or less.
