Common use of Method of Compensation Payment Clause in Contracts

Method of Compensation Payment. All compensation payments shall be made by cheque, or cash evidenced by a written voucher receipted by the person to whom such cash is paid. The Guild Member’s pay envelope or pay cheque stub shall bear the following information: the Guild Member’s name and classification, the regular and overtime hours worked and the compensation earned during the pay period, and itemization and identification of all deductions, and the net amount of the cheque or cash received by the Guild Member.
