Examples of Security Areas in a sentence
Tenant shall be permitted to install additional locks or other access control devices in the Leased Premises provided Tenant furnishes Landlord with a duplicate set of keys or a master key and/or access cards to all such locks other than those locks securing Security Areas.
Notwithstanding anything set forth in this ARTICLE 27 to the contrary, Landlord shall have no access or inspection rights as to the Security Areas, except in the event of an emergency where such entry is reasonably required.
Tenant may, subject to Landlord's prior approval, designate certain areas of the Premises as "Security Areas" should Tenant require such areas for the purpose of securing certain valuable property or confidential information.
Landlord shall be relieved of all obligations under this Lease it cannot perform with respect to Security Areas and to areas it should have been, but was not, provided a key and/or access card and Tenant shall indemnify and defend and hold Landlord and its agents harmless from and against all liability, claims, loss, cost, damage or expense incurred by Landlord or its agents as a result thereof.

Landlord shall observe any and all reasonable rules and regulations that Tenant may adopt as respects access to the Special Security Areas.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, unless otherwise instructed by Tenant in writing, Landlord shall not enter areas designated by Tenant as high security areas (the “Security Areas”) (provided Tenant has furnished Landlord with prior written notice of the location of the Security Areas) unless (a) Landlord shows reasonable cause and provides twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, or (b) an emergency situation exists in respect of which emergency situation the provisions of Section 7.02 shall apply.
The amount of the purchase price shall be reduced by the amount of debt and liabilities of Business Manager, if any, assumed by Practice.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, unless otherwise instructed by Tenant in writing, Landlord shall not enter areas designated by Tenant as high security areas (the "Security Areas") (provided Tenant has furnished Landlord with prior written notice of the location of the Security Areas) unless (a) Landlord shows reasonable cause and provides forty-eight (48) hours advance notice, or (b) an emergency situation exists in respect of which emergency situation the provisions of Section 3.2 shall apply.
