Prizes. The winner of each Contest, upon completion of all verifications and obligation requirements described in these Contest Rules, will receive a prize, determined in our sole discretion (the "Prize"). We will distribute prizes according to the Contest Rules and, if applicable, any Contest specific rules, which may be determined by us or our affiliates (including, but not limited to, sponsors of the App or a Contest). In certain instances involving larger Prizes, at our sole discretion, you will be contacted directly to receive it by a mutually agreeable method and payment will be subject to a confirmation of the winner's eligibility to receive a Prize. Any entry by any user that does not comply with the Terms of Use (including these Contest Rules) will be disqualified. We will only issue a Prize to the individual identified in the account information for the winning account. We will use your account information to contact and verify winners in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Out of date or incorrect account information at the time you enter a Contest may disqualify you from receiving a Prize. Failure to provide valid, working contact information in connection with your account may result in termination of that account and forfeiture of any Prizes awarded. We expressly reserves the right to disqualify any entries that we believe in good faith are generated by an automated means or scripts or violates any of these Contest Rules or the Terms of Use. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Our decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest. In no event shall we be obligated to award any Prizes other than the Prize specified in these Contest Rules. The Prize is not assignable and not transferable and no substitutions are permitted. In addition, if the Prize is unable to be fulfilled to the winner due to any applicable law, rule or regulation, or if the winner cannot claim the Prize for any reason, then we reserve the right to not award the Prize at all. The winner shall be responsible and liable for all taxes on the value of the Prize. Winners shall provide us with accurate information regarding their identity and country of residence. You, not we, are responsible for filing and paying applicable taxes on any winnings (Prizes or others).
Prizes. 4.1 If you win a prize, we will notify you within 28 days of the end date of the Competition and you will then have 3 months within which to claim the Prize. If you fail to claim the Prize within the time- limit, or fail to comply with any other instructions or time-limits notified to you, you will forfeit your right to the Prize and your claim will be invalid.
4.2 We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to request certain evidence relating to your Competition entry including proof of identity, age and address. Please ensure you have given us your correct address so that we can send your Prize to you.
4.3 We may carry out an interview with you either by telephone or in person and we may record the interview;
4.4 All Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, assigned or sold to another person.
4.5 Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, or other, except by us in accordance with clause 10.1.
4.6 You will not be entitled to receive a Prize which, for any reason, you would be prohibited by law from purchasing, using or owning.
4.7 Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules, you may not win more than one Prize per Competition and we reserve the right to withhold or reclaim any second or subsequent Prize.
4.8 Where the Prize contains ticket(s) to an event, you will be bound by and must comply with the event promoter’s terms and conditions together with those set out on the ticket and the rules and regulations of the venue.
4.9 No fee is payable to you in respect of your involvement in the Competition.
4.10 Holiday Prizes are subject to availability and must be taken in accordance with the dates, destinations, carriers and number of passengers specified by us.
4.11 When entering a Competition offering a holiday Prize you must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ further duration and which contains no visa restrictions on your ability to travel to the relevant destination. Passport control and in-country authorities reserve the right to refuse entry. If you are refused passage and or entry/exit to or from the country being visited, any additional costs and losses incurred will be your sole responsibility.
4.12 Holiday Prizes are not available to persons under the age of 18 unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules. Children under 18 years of age cannot travel unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
4.13 Where no insurance is offered as part of a holiday prize, you are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance.

Prizes. The winner will become the R&A Senior Amateur Champion and will be awarded the Championship Trophy and a gold medal. The runner-up will receive a silver medal and the competitor in third place and those tying for third place will each receive a bronze medal. The winner of the 65 and over competition will receive a memento.
Prizes. One (1) winner will be selected at the end of the Contest Period based on the judging criteria in paragraph six below. The winner will be announced on the following date: May 7, 2021. The winner will win the following items: (1) Free Barbecue for a Year in the form of weekly coupons with a $10 spending limit. The Winner will be announced on Social Media on May 7, 2021. Acceptance of any and all prizes constitutes permission for Dickey’s to use winners’ name, likeness, and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Dickey’s will not be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of any winners’ acceptance, use or misuse or failure to use any prize, or element thereof. Returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or un-awarded prizes, or any element thereof will not be (re)awarded. Dickey’s shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all action and/or require further information as is reasonable to protect itself, or any of the other promotion partners against fraudulent or invalid claims, potential public scandal, ridicule, or disrepute in awarding any prize to any winner.
Prizes a) A memento will be presented to the competitor returning the lowest score for 36 holes in the stroke play qualifying. Ties will be decided on the lowest aggregate score for the second 9 holes (or the last 6 or 3 or 1 hole) on both courses. If a tie still arises, the scores for the first 9 holes will be treated in the same way until a decision is reached. If still a tie the place will be shared.
b) The winner will become The Amateur Champion and will be presented the Championship Trophy and a gold medal. The runner-up will receive a silver medal and each losing semi-finalist a bronze medal.
Prizes. NYCUA shall contribute a total sum for all participating credit unions in the State of New York in the aggregate of prizes awarded throughout twelve months equal to thirty eight thousand dollars ($38, 000.00). The winners of the Monthly and Quarterly Prizes will be drawn from among all participants from New York credit unions in the raffle; they will not be drawn on a per credit union basis. Each winner will be notified via telephone, e-mail, or standard U.S.P.S. mail. The prizes are non-transferable. The prizes are all cash prizes and the amount of the prizes will be deposited into each winner’s regular share account in the credit union through which the winner entered the raffle. The distribution of prizes for the 20__/20__ program year is as follows:
(a) NYCUA shall contribute twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) for monthly prize drawings from October to September as follows: One thousand dollars ($1,000) shall be awarded with sixteen (16) prizes of twenty five dollars ($25), eight (8) prizes of fifty dollars ($50) and two (2) prizes of one hundred dollars ($100) each month. Drawing for Monthly Prizes will be conducted within fifteen (15) days of the conclusion of the previous month, for each valid entry.
(b) NYCUA shall also contribute twenty six thousand dollars ($26,000) for the quarterly prizes awarded in the months of January, April, July and October as follows: One (1) prize of five hundred dollars ($500), one (1) prize of one thousand dollars ($1,000) and one (1) prize of five thousand dollars ($5,000) each quarter. Drawing for Quarterly Prizes will be conducted within fifteen (15) days of the conclusion of the previous quarter, for each valid entry.
Prizes. 4.1. All prizes shall be as described in the Campaign Instructions. You are not permitted to substitute the prizes for cash or any other alternatives. The prizes are also not transferable to any other person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a prize is not available for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative at our sole discretion.
4.2. Within thirty (30) days following a winner’s response to the Prize Notification, we shall arrange for the delivery of the prize in the manner described in the Prize Notification. If the prize is not claimed for any reason by the time period stipulated in the Prize Notification, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the qualifying Entries. Redemption of the prize is also subject to our satisfaction of your proof of identity and/or other eligibility requirements.
4.3. The first name, surname, image, likeness, voice recording and/or details of Entry of a participant (IP Rights) may be published by Xxxx in any media for the purposes of announcing the winner and to promote the Campaign and/or Pace. Consequently, you grant to Pace a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-revocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to the IP Rights for the aforesaid purposes.
Prizes. 8.1. The prize for each contest will be specified in the contest announcement.
8.2. The Organiser will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
8.3. Prize winners will be notified as specified in the Competition Notice. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize per entrant will be awarded.
