Method of Giving Notices. A notice or other communication (each a “notice”) under this agreement must be in writing, addressed to the person to whom it is to be given and: 14.1.1 delivered to that person’s address; 14.1.2 sent by pre-paid mail to that person’s postal address; 14.1.3 transmitted by facsimile to that person’s facsimile number; or 14.1.4 sent by electronic mail to that person's email address.
