Common use of Method Statements/Risk Assessments Clause in Contracts

Method Statements/Risk Assessments. 1.1 The Supplier shall, on request from the Company (and, unless agreed otherwise by the Company, at the Supplier's entire expense), prepare and submit to the Company for approval such method statements, risk assessments, permit to work documentation or other documentation as may be required by the Company for the purposes of this Agreement. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees in such circumstances that it shall not affect the provision of the Services and (unless otherwise agreed by the Company) the Company shall not be obliged to make payment to the Supplier pursuant to this Agreement until the Company has issued its written approval to such method statements, risk assessments, permit to work documentation or other documentation, as the case may be.
