Methods of Delivery. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, all notices, requests, statements and other communications required or permitted between the Parties by this Agreement shall be in writing and either hand-delivered or sent by pre-paid registered post, email or facsimile to the address or number within South Africa of the Party concerned set out in clause 32.2 (Addresses) or such other address or number as contemplated in clause 32.4 (Change in address).
