Methods of Notice. Unless otherwise specifically provided to the contrary in this Lease, all notices, instructions, requests, correspondence or other communications permitted or required to be given under this Lease shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be effective upon delivery and receipt as follows: (a) upon delivery when being delivered by hand to an authorized representative of the Party to whom directed; (b) upon delivery when delivered by United States certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, to the address of the receiving Party set forth below; (c) upon delivery when delivered by overnight delivery service, charges prepaid.
