Methods of Notice. (1) Notices under this Agreement shall all be in writing, shall each clearly state that it is being made under this Agreement, and shall be made by one of the methods (i) through (iii) set out below to the reported address under this Agreement for the intended recipient. Each party to this Agreement shall be able to change its address by a notice of change of address to the Agent.
