Metrolinx Security Policies. (a) The applicable Metrolinx security policies are summarized/described in Exhibit 1 to this Schedule. This Schedule shall supplement but, to the extent that the security provided for herein is less than that required in the TTC Business Requirements, shall not restrict or limit the TTC Business Requirements to govern the security of data collected or used in the Managed Services. Wherever possible, where one or more policies or standards apply, Metrolinx shall follow the more stringent standard and policies for the protection and security of data.

  • Security Policy for Contractors 1. The Department for Work and Pensions treats its information as a valuable asset and considers that it is essential that information must be protected, together with the systems, equipment and processes which support its use. These information assets may include data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds in electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, together with any Personal Data for which the Department for Work and Pensions is the Data Controller.

The following security precautions are part of the site conditions and are a part of this Contract.
