Michigan Operations. So long as any portion of the Loan is outstanding, 100% of any assets being financed by the Loan shall be located in Michigan, the Borrower shall maintain substantially all of its employees for the Project (exclusive of sales staff) or operations for the Project within the State of Michigan.
